About Eric

Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. Eric Han is a London-based tennis writer. As a niche writer for tennis, he keeps a keen eye nearly every day on the results, developments, and the inner workings of the sport in both the men’s and women’s professional game.

He provides credentialed on-site media coverage for numerous ATP/WTA tournaments across Europe for around six months of the year, and has conducted 1:1 interviews and talked with many of the top players in the sport - Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, and more.

He has travelled around the world covering and reporting on professional tennis: Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, ATP Finals, Monte Carlo Masters, Paris Masters, Shanghai Masters, and many others.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis; following other sports such as football (soccer), Formula One, and rugby union; walking the dog; and listening to music (anything from the old school 60’s Beatles to modern Coldplay).

Eric currently resides between London, United Kingdom and Auckland, New Zealand.
